Our Enterprise Architecture consultants are highly experienced in EA frameworks, including TOGAF®. However, we recognise that this alone will not deliver the value clients now demand. Enterprise Architecture is becoming far more business-centric. Our consultants therefore are able to communicate and deliver solutions that meet the needs of corporate management.

We assist those organisations engaged in delivering EA at a ‘business level’ by implementing an Operational Development Model framework (ODM). Based on TOGAF® and using the ArchiMate® notation; the ODM provides business users with the ability to easily comprehend, from a strategic perspective and in a language they understand, how for example, they can best facilitate the complexities of the strategic, operational and technical alignment following a merger or acquisition or perhaps the development of a new product line.

This business centric system is delivered via QPR's Enterprise Architecture software, QPR EnterpriseArchitect (see our product page for more information).

We believe that for Enterprise Architecture to deliver its full potential and maximum value, it must be able to create a picture of strategic alignment across the organisation in a way that is simple to understand by the business community.

As a part of our Enterprise Architecture services, we offer Enterprise Architecture training courses that can be customised to meet the client’s specific requirements.

For example, we deliver Enterprise Architecture awareness training for those organisations who wish to gain a better understanding of EA; looking at the methodologies, organisational requirements and the ultimate benefits.
